  1. Well done Paul! I love your videos and I am an IM addict as well. Set my goal to qualify for Kona way back in 2011 and in 2016 after chipping away at my times I finally I achieved it and raced there. It was one amazing day and the best finish line feeling in the world. Great to watch your journey to health and extreme fitness!

    • Alyson, you are a superstar. That is a major accomplishment! It is not on my target yet. My next one is in Frankford. My goal right now is to reduce my time down to 13 hours. I am so, so slow. I will keep working at it and I think in maybe two or three years, Kona will be on the radar. Thank you for your inspiration.
