Lean Pen Cup

Darren Stinson of LaserZip, sent us this video and said “The traditional pen cup is often full of things that you don’t use on a regular basis. Lean teaches us to Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain. So we created a Lean Pen Cup using our laser cutter and some Kaizen Foam that we purchased from Fastcap.com. Now all that there is room for are the essential tools on my desk. Two pens, a Sharpie and a Highlighter. It is amazing how seldom something is missing when there is a designated spot to return it. You may conclude that this is overkill but trust me, it is this sort of thinking that can make organizations great. Contact us if you’d like help creating a unique lean solution.”
