When I was in Japan I saw this happen over and over again and I marveled at the efficiency. The workers not only bowed at the trade but they bowed at me as I got off the train … I was astounded!

Japan is about two things:
– a deep respect for people
– a deep respect for resources

I believe this is why they are so efficient and why they produce so few defects.
