VPI Quality Windows Getting Lean

Hi Paul, our company is in Spokane (VPI Quality Windows) and we just started to take in your website and I bought 20 copies of your book. We make vinyl windows. My husband and I have been in the business for about 20 year and as of about Monday, we are getting all in with 2 Second Lean, while also trying to read Toyota Kata. Tonight I listened to the whole 53 minutes of your interview with Art Byrne, which was fantastic. Way to go! You are awesome, and we are following you!

Organizing Turning Jaws

Matthew sent us this video stating, “No more hassle finding,getting or putting away the jaws needed for our turning machines. We found a cabinet of drawers that was no longer being used so we repurposed them, added kaizen foam and labeled each drawer with the correct sizes. Just by simply organizing and moving them to a more accessible area has made our job easier, faster and more enjoyable. Continual improvement and fixing what bugs us will only help us to stay the leaders in our industry.”
