Lean Leadership Institute promoted and supported Rafael Lucero in the organization. In this Study Mission we will have Norman Bodek as “Cicerone”. Norman Bodek, worldwide known as “the godfather of lean” has guided more than 25 Study Missions to Japan, and this is probably his last Study Mission.”
